Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made on the same day will incur a fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance this goes for No-shows as well. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all clients effectively.
